ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 2 scoops (1 serving) Vital Protein's lavender collagen peptides
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1tbsp cashews
  • 1/2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • Ice

instructions
