Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie Bowl

 

Quick and easy pumpkin spice smoothie recipe that will fill you up
and satisfy your fall flavor cravings!

Makes: 1 Smoothie 
Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of pumpkin puree

  • 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 tbsp of Ground Up's snickerdoodle flavor nut butter (or any regular almond butter)

  • 1 serving of collagen peptides

  • 4 whole dried pitted dates

  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • Ice cubes

Optional:

  • 1 tsp of maca root powder

  • A tiny drop of vanilla extract to help your unflavored collagen peptides

Toppings:

  • 1-2 tbsp shredded coconut flakes unsweetened

  • 1/2 tbsp flax meal

  • 1/3 of a sliced banana

  • 1 pinch of pumpkin seeds

  • 6 chopped almonds

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  3. Select from the toppings above to add your personal touch to the bowl! (INSIDER TIP: For a "graham cracker crust" taste, I recommend adding the flax meal. SO GOOD!)
